Fastest Hybrid Dream-Car – Frazer-Nash Namir Supercar
Extreme good looking hybrid supercar car coming from the unusual collaboration. Frazer-Nash and Italdesign-Giugiaro presenting a concept called Namir, which translates to “tiger” in Arabian.
Namir is a real tiger, tough and fast supercar top up speed of over 300 km/h (187 mph), 0-100 km/h comes in 3.5 seconds and 0-200 km/h in 10.4 seconds. Hybrid system combines 814 cc endothermic Wankel rotary engine with four electric motors with a total output of 370 horsepower. Namir can travel 39 km on a liter of fuel while emitting less than 60 grams of CO2 per km. All this is married with electric all-wheel drive and a lithium-ion battery unit. powerful combination that delivers 370hp.
Great about this concept is that acceleration is only just behind the fastest accelerating production car the Bugatti Veyron, but with a big difference. Veyron is powered by quad-turbocharged W16 gasoline engine with real thirst for a fuel. While Namir cruise to the same speed and breathtaking acceleration with fuel usage of Toyota Prius.
Good on ya Namir! We’ll follow up on you and hope that smart investors around can recognise this potential.
