Rolls Royce to reveal Electric Phantom on the 2011 Geneva Motor Show

Electric Phantom will roll on the streets on UK soon. News juts break out that Rolls Royce will present electric version of their famous Phantom on the 2011 Geneva Motor Show. There is no specification for now, but we can expect tough stance and glorious look packed with some serious electric guts. For now we only know that Rolls Royce called their electric protptype 102EX. We’ll see more soon.

This will possible one of the most powerful electric powered supercars on the road. The Rolls Royce Phantom is famous for it’s tough look and strong performance. Other manufacturers, such as Audi with E-Tron, Porsche with proved that electric motor can powered supercars. It was time for Rolls Royce as manufacturer or luxury cars to step into the game. This step will also help Rolls Royce lower their overall carbon footprint.

What is next? Hybrid Ghost? I would like to see Aston Martin Rapid as electric car! What about Bugatti Veyron?
